Order Confirmation
• An order will be considered confirmed only after successful payment.
• Orders are processed only after payment is received.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or any unforeseen circumstances.
Product Availability
• Most products are dispatched within the standard dispatch timeline.
• In case any product is temporarily unavailable, dispatch may take up to 7 working days.
• Customers will be informed whenever possible regarding such delays.
Replacement Policy
• Goods once sold can only be replaced within 7 days of delivery.
• Replacement requests must be supported with proper photographs/videos wherever applicable.
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Replacement is subject to verification by our support team.
• Refunds are not applicable unless specifically approved by Artool Bulk Buy.
